Tight ends vs the defense

What each defense on the field this week has allowed a game to tight ends, the softest first. Vs their avg is the schedule-adjusted read: what the defense allowed each game minus that offense's own average against everyone else, so a defense that met heavy producers is not marked soft for it. What a defense has allowed is history, and our own check found it tracks the next game only faintly: read it as the matchup a player walks into, not as what he will do in it.

Yards and targets allowed are from each defense's final games this season, ranked among the 32 (1 = allows the most). Shares are of the team's carries or targets over the player's last four games. Data from nflverse (CC BY 4.0). The definitions and floors are on How we count.
